The main emphasis of this Qi Gong/Tai Chi will be overall health, relaxation and energy. We will be seeking to obtain a more relaxed and energized body with an alert calm mind.

The classes will focus on proper posture and body alignment to enable Qi and energy to flow throughout the body. We will learn some simple warm-up tai chi like movements to encourage proper body alignment, and then learn how to properly perform each of the 8 postures of the Qi Gong form. The name of this Qi Gong is WuJi NeiJing Qi Gong 無極內經氣功, roughy translated as - Before the Arising of Duality - Internal Energy - Qi Gong.
