Insight Dialogue is a kind of Relational Awareness Practice. Relational Awareness is about stretching out the meditative awareness we develop on the cushion to our everyday interactions and conversations. The teachings of the Buddha, Christina Feldman, Dan Siegel, Rick Hanson, Tara Brach, Ruth King, Owen Sofer and Gregory Kramer (founder of Insight Dialogue) all incorporate cultivating relational awareness.
Once a month (see calendar) we will use our program time to work, generally in dyads, with these practices. Guidance and instruction are provided each evening, so no prior experience is necessary.
