Saturday Sit-In: Saturday Sit-In via Zoom!
We will be offering a 1/2 day of meditation on some Saturday mornings each month (via Zoom). Here's the schedule:
9 - 9:45 AM The first sitting period begins at 9; the bell ending the sitting period will ring at 9:45 AM
9:45-10:00 AM Walking period
10 -10:45 AM Meditation
10:45-11:00 AM Walking period
11-11:45 AM meditation.
You are welcome to join for all or part of the morning.
