Jill Shepherd will join us for a dharma talk on the theme of our upcoming retreat with her in April: Freedom Here and Now. She says "Combining mindfulness meditation with the brahmavihara heart practices, transformative insight arises naturally. Wisdom and compassion increasingly become our guiding principles. As a result, we live with greater ease and freedom no matter what life brings us, and are able to be of better service to our communities, too.
