This Tuesday, July 5th, Bellingham Insight will continue with our hybrid meeting format. You are invited to attend either in person or via Zoom. Masks will be optional.
6:30 The Dharma Hall will open at 6:30 PM for all who wish to meet in person.
6:45 The Zoom room will be open at 6:45, for those who wish to participate via Zoom.

7:50 Dharma talk: We"ll listen to a dharma talk on Equanimity, the 7th Factor of Enlightenment. On July 10th the monks from Clear Mountain Monastery will lead a day-long retreat (on Zoom) focusing on the 7 Factors. We should be well prepared by July 10th!
