After a 30 minute silent sit, announcements and introductions Skylar Hinkley will be sharing a few reflections from his March month-long retreat at Spirit Rock. This will include a guided meditation from the actual retreat and a recorded conversation between Guy Armstrong and Sharon Salzberg about Emptiness--a major theme of the retreat.
